User Agreements Are Stalking You And You Can't Do A Damned Thing About It

My computer just installed the Windows 10 upgrade. It comes with a new version of Explorer. I never use Explorer.

We already know Bill Gates is a slime ball One Worlder who's job it is to collect all the information he can get from Window's product users. As we have learned from Ed Snowden, tech companies track and save every keystroke, screen shot, every digital twitch you make in their private data cloud. Oh, the cloud, yeah man. I love the cloud, I just want to be up there in the cloud with all my data....

MS is compiling a file on you. T-bites of information about everything you see on your screen and stroke into your device is stored in a data file. When the overlords come calling, when the AI officers (think robocop) come knocking on your door, asking for your gun's, whatever, they have already profiled you. They can actually anticipate your reaction based on the psychological profile they created with your data file.

They have a psychological profile on every man woman and child. We unwittingly gave it to them by agreeing to their user agreements in order to use their apps, software and hardware.

MS and other tech companies, make data mining seem so yielding, like they're trying to protect us or something, to give us a more rich experience. MS says- "When we do collect data, we will use it to benefit you and to make your experiences better".

They are collecting all of our data all of the time, taking full advantage of our complacency.

Sound familiar? Sound like "Big Brother"?

Lets take a look at the Microsoft Privacy Agreement just for kicks.

Personal Data We Collect- Microsoft collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Microsoft and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.

How We Use Personal Data- We also use the data to operate our business, which includes analyzing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, developing our workforce, and doing research. In carrying out these purposes, we combine data we collect from different contexts (for example, from your use of two Microsoft products) or obtain from third parties to give you a more seamless, consistent, and personalized experience, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.

Reasons We Share Personal Data- We share your personal data with your consent or to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorized. We also share data with Microsoft-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries; with vendors working on our behalf; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect Microsoft’s and its customers’ rights and property.

When you install any MS product, you give away all your privacy rights. You now have none. Take a look here at all the ways they get your data.

Reader, here's the big picture. All multinational corporations are working against "we the people". By hook and by crook, they are conspiring to control us.

This expose on Microsoft is just one example of many companies out there doing the same thing.

My objective here is to get you to understand that in these times we must covet our privacy. Our families are under attack by the corporations owned and operated by the elite using propaganda in all forms of media and internet. Nothing is sacred except your domicile, but only if you make it so.

Create an alias. Be anonymous. I know everyone wants to be like Bruce Jenner and all but jeezus people?!

Search your name on the web. Find out what's out there.

I recently did a personal name search and found my old LinkedIn account, the one I closed three years ago, is still contributing my personal history to online people search companies. Facebook is doing the same thing even though I have the strictest privacy setting in place. Seems on FB you are only private on their network while they sell you out cold to any public entity.

MyLife.com is one such company they sell this very personal data to. It's astonishing how much they know about me. Mylife's landing page has a summary of me with data compiled from many sources. Baron is // years old and was born on 7/04/1776. Currently, he lives in ////, USA; and previously lived in //////, USA, etc. Sometimes Baron goes by various nicknames including blaugh bluagh blaugh and blaugh blaugh. Their ethnicity is blaugh, and religious views are listed as blaugh. Baron is now marital status. Other family member status and associates include multiple names. Baron  has a reported annual income of $XXX to $XXXX and a current net worth value of $XXXXX to $XXXXXXX.

I know for sure that FB and LI don't have my net worth, my salary, my religion, my previous addresses, my ethnicity. Where did all this come from?

Above, when MS says- "We also share data with Microsoft-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries; with vendors working on our behalf". Could this vendor be the government and they reciprocate? When I say government I mean police, CIA, NSA, FBI. Let me tell you, a company like MS has lobbying money, enough to manipulate these departments very easily.

When I click on "photos", Mylife starts searching the web for a time while it pops up this very informative snippet- The photos and social posts section show you the photos that we can find for Baron. Our scan of the internet and other public sources show photos and posts from Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media sites. You'll also gain access to Baron's contact information, such as recent addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, from our scan of the internet and other public sources.

The search abruptly stops and asks me to "agree" - I will not use this service or information provided to make decisions about consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose that would require FCRA compliance. To include, .*I WILL NOT use this information to stalk anyone.  * If I see someone I know, I WILL NOT publicize their info or spread gossip.

What is "FCRA compliance"? Its the Fair Credit Reporting Act of congress which is meant to protect us. It's all a bout consumer protection and identity fraud.

I click agree and among other disturbing things it says- We search every corner of the internet, including specialized sources, to give you valuable information that you can't find anywhere else. Our comprehensive report may contain personal information, sensitive details, photos, contact info, social and other profiles.

Takes me to a page asking to click "finalize". As it searches further the following info-windows pop up intermittently-

The personal information & contact details section of your report offers Baron's basic information. It may show their full legal name (first, last, and middle initial). It can also reveal known aliases and nicknames. You may also find out Baron's age, date of birth, and contact information, such as addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.

This social media & personal reviews section of your report may contain information regarding all and any of Baron's social media activity. This may contain online profiles, dating websites, forgotten social media accounts, and other potentially embarrassing profiles, and personal reviews by friends, co-workers, love-interests and family, and so much more. This may also contain additional contact information, giving you more ways to get in touch.

Our address history and location section may include a full history of known addresses and property ownership for Baron. If available, satellite pictures of their current residence and demographic data are provided.

The relatives & associates section of your report provides Baron's possible family members. Relatives could include a spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, and extended family members. Associates can include neighbors, business partners or colleagues, and co-workers.

The licenses & permits section reveals any licenses and permits that Baron may hold including weapons permits, Federal Aviation Administration pilot licenses and Drug Enforcement Administration licenses for prescribing controlled pharmaceuticals. If applicable, you will also see Baron's license number and expiration date.

The lawsuits, liens and bankruptcies section may reveal important local, state and federal court documents, sensitive legal information and any litigation that Baron may have been involved in. We'll reveal arrest details like case numbers, offense descriptions, and booking dates, where available.

The sex offender status section of your report gives a complete list of any and all sex offenses Baron may have been convicted of and his current sex offender status if applicable.

The arrest records section of your report shows possible arrest or conviction records we have found on Baron. This may include any DUIs, traffic tickets and outstanding warrants. When applicable, we may show where the crime occurred and provide details about the offense. Find out if anyone you know has been arrested or gone to jail!

Then finally this-

Your comprehensive report is authorized for viewing. In a few short seconds you will know the truth about Baron. Remember, most people don't know that this information is available for you to see. Please read the guidelines below and check the boxes for each one. Be safe, keep these guidelines in mind.

Mr identity thief, here's your man. "At MyLife, we believe in customer satisfaction".

Mylife makes identity theft look like stealing the wallet from a dean man in a dark alley in the wee hours of a Sunday morning.

I'm surprised there's no other link to print out a driver license or passport. Wait, that's coming, I can feel it.

The author has hopefully established that something as easy as a key-stroke can turn your private life into a commercial on primetime TV.

It should be left up to "us" to decide weather or not this information goes public or not. Wait, it is up to us. We gave away our user rights when we "agreed".

We need a reset (shaking my head in my hands).

Believe nothing, believe everything.

Baron- T3
